What is TNR and TNVR?
Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR), previously Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), is the most effective and humane method to reduce feral cat and free roaming cat populations over time while allowing the natural ecosystem to rebound at a healthy rate. TNVR focuses on the continued management and stabilization of cat populations. During the process, entire colonies (families) of cats are vaccinated against distemper and rabies which greatly improves the health of these cats and the wildlife they live with.

Our Mission
Cats Anonymous, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to better the lives and reduce the number of semi-feral and feral cats in Northeastern Wisconsin. Empathy and care brought our founders together in 2005 to establish a compassionate and highly effective solution to the growing concern expressed by communities across the region over the wellbeing of feral cats, the overpopulation pressure on shelters, and conflicts in neighborhoods.
