About Us
Cats Anonymous, Inc., promotes, educates and advocates the nonlethal reduction of the feral cat
population in Northeastern Wisconsin utilizing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
Our program is summarized as follows:

population in Northeastern Wisconsin utilizing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
Our program is summarized as follows:
- We will loan live traps ($50 returnable deposit per trap required) and give instructions for
use to anyone rescuing “unowned” cats living strictly outdoors in yards, alleys,
business/school parking lots, etc., or “owned” cats living in barns/farms. - We will perform neuter/spay surgeries, vaccinate (distemper and rabies) and release
these cats back into their previous surroundings. We will also treat any minor
health/injury issues. - We ear tip (removing top corner) the left ear of each cat for identification, so we know not to
trap them again.
We will not participate in the following:
- We will not perform spay/neuter surgeries for stray cats obtained by individuals for private
adoption, gifts or to keep as their “pets”. - We will not authorize the destruction of any cat unless, in the opinion of the veterinarian,
he/she has an illness/injury that they are unlikely to recover from and would likely have a
painful death.
